We will do our best to review your case in a timely manner, but please understand that we receive many cases and it is impossible for us to take them all. If your case is selected, it can also take a while to secure a date for an investigation. Additionally, strict adherence to our process is very important to the success of your case and its ability to be resolved. We have implemented some important rules that we will need you to follow while we are working your case.
- Taking your case requires you to not work with any outside paranormal investigation groups or deliverance ministries. We have found that most groups that claim to help people don’t really know how to resolve these kinds of issues properly. The mixing of two different methodologies can bring harm to you and so if you choose to go with a different group at some point in the future, we will be forced to drop your case.
- Because of our large caseload, as previously mentioned, securing a date is very difficult. We therefore ask that you make every effort not to reschedule a date once we have established one for your case. If you must cancel, we ask that you provide us with 72 hours’ notice. If you cancel a date with less than 72 hours’ notice, your case will be dropped, and you will need to reapply for a new date as a new client.
- We currently do not charge for our services, but this does not make the work we do free. We operate under a charity model, relying upon your generous donations (DONATE NOW) to keep the ministry operational. This is particularly true for out-of-state cases where travel costs (airfare, hotels, restaurants, rental cars, etc.) are involved. It is generally expected that out-of-state clients donate these costs to the church in advance after they have been notified that the church is taking their case.
- Once we have assessed the nature of your problem, we will outline a treatment plan that is carefully designed to resolve it. Once the resolution is complete, if you need us to return to your home to perform a new resolution, there will be an additional requested processing donation for the new visit.
Thank you again for putting your trust in our care. We are very sincere and serious about the work we do and ultimately your healing is our greatest concern. If your case is chosen by our investigation team, someone from our office will reach out to you to make arrangements for a professional assessment of your case.
